Dave..i have the mk 012si like them they are very airybut i think they give a nice feeling with acoustic guitars..i recorded this song with them(streaming kind of robs the highend though:http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... m=truethis was my first try with the 012s

Thanks ibanez...ah! well ill tell a secret...as my gretsch is an acoustic/electric i mic'd one mk 012 and other was a line in to the pickupi panned and mixed...and shook hands with mr. reverb
