Post by Telefunkin » Wed Feb 15, 2017 3:01 am

I'm happy to learn that both of the tracks I submitted for the listing below were forwarded. :)
The tracks "Caraway Road" and "Green It Up" are on my page at...

CLASSIC COUNTRY INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a big TV Production Company’s NON-Exclusive, In-House Music Library for placements in the hit Reality Shows they produce! They’re looking for Country Cues in All-Tempos that could be heard on playlists with acts like (but not limited to): “Cocaine Blues” by Johnny Cash: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aq344ks1ieg “Loving Her Was Easier” by Kris Kristofferson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HCgnbRWVvU8 “You Ain't Woman Enough” by Loretta Lynn: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_wwP8UZR1o Although the references above have vocals, this pitch is for instrumentals only! Please submit well-crafted Cues that deliver a Classic Country vibe, with well-played instrumentation that’s typically heard in the Country genre. Dobro, slide guitar, banjo, fiddle, harmonica, bass, drums, etc., would all work really nicely for this pitch. Any material that sounds stiff, synthetic, or MIDI-driven won’t work well for this pitch and be sure your instrumental Cue doesn’t become overly busy or frenetic. Our best advice, keep it simple! They’re not looking for amazing compositions so much as finding Cues that create a Country backdrop for their shows. All Cues should be at about 2 minutes in length, give or take. ........................Thursday, January 12th, 2017.TAXI #S170112CC
