Wow! Thanks for those links, Mojo. I've seen his pedal board, but didn't know it was so complicated... I'm using a low-tech way of doing something similar. I've got a Korg 3000 delay "pedal" (it's really big) which has 80 presets for delays and all kinds of wild pitch effects etc. (you can save 'em to memory). But it doesn't have a reverb. So I bought a Boss '63 Fender Reverb pedal, which digitally emulates the type of reverb that Neil uses. It really sounds like Neil's reverb tank! It sure isn't versatile like other digital reverbs, but for that ONE sound it's got it nailed.

I have the same delay pedal [Korg SDD3000] and it is a beast; lotsa new features the old rack version didn't have (including a tape mode) and the only thing missing is the 'hold' function, which I personally can live without. One of the coolest features is you can program any of the knobs to be controlled by an expression pedal and that's per patch so you can have it control delay time/pitch, feedback/repeats, wet/dry balance and more, though only one at a time.
