Mentor Lunch / Panel Drop RALLY conflict

Hey guys.. just wondering about a conflict I'm noticing. The info states To have a shot at your music being randomly pulled during the THREE panels listed above, you must drop off your CD prior to each panel at the “Listening Panel Drop Box”, which will be Located BETWEEN THE 2ND AND 3RD GRAND BALLROOM DOORS at the following times: • Music Library Listening Panel – FRIDAY between 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. "

The problem is...most of us will be at the Mentor Lunch from 1230-230...so how can we make the Panel drop?? Can anyone help clear this up? Must we make a choice between dropping a song for the panels and the mentor lunches?

You can ask a friend to drop it in the box for you. Or run out real quick, make the drop, and come back to lunch.

Note that I think you have to be present at the actual listening panel for them to play your track. They implemented that in recent years AFAIK.

I called TAXI and they said that there will be a box in the mentor lunches room so no one misses Yay TAXI! They thought of everything!
