In need of vocalists and other musicians

So I'm always coming up with chords/progressions, verse/chorus, but lately been having trouble finishing most of my work. What's missing in my life is a writing partner that wants to commit, or is not flaky. I've put out ads in various areas, I've gone out to meet singers and other musicians and have yet to find someone in my area that wants to do something other than gig. I've done my time gigging for years and don't really want to do much anymore. My primary needs are vocalists, singers of various genres, and rappers. I have the gear, software and studio to do a quality product.
I'm putting the feelers out here on Taxi for singers and musicians to collab. I've found one vocalist here and we are working on a rock project, but I have some piano music that needs what I think is a woman's voice on it. I'm open to a male singing on it as well. Also, I decided to upload all of my unfinished projex, been sick of them sitting going nowhere. If you hear something that you like, wanna play on, re-write, or whatever I'm open to all of these.
