Happened to me as well. Same guy. Requested 10 more tracks and then ghost. Eventually he responded saying he never got my first email. I re-sent it. Never heard another word. Recently on facebook a woman posted a similar story. I asked her if it was "EmptyChevy". She said yes. She said at this point, even if he contacted she wouldn't sign. I happen to know through a cowriter that this particular guy is the real deal and gets placements. But i also agree I'm in no rush to pound on his door anymore now that i am blessed to be in other libraries who are a bit more respectful.

Sorry to hear your story, and its amazing how many people have had the same thing happen! I guess things can change rapidly in this business and deals fall through all the time, so despite the huge disappointment I think there's no option but to put it down to experience and carry on.
