collab to redo pop track
Hi everyone
I had written a pop song and sent it into a song demo service. I wasn't pleased with the result as my instructions weren't really followed. The song seems to all be in one tone sorta speak. Looking to collab with someone who can re-produce and a female singer to re-sing it. It's in the style of ariana grande
www.taxi.com/purvislewis ...... the song is "some gangster shit"
message me if interested and we can talk about what i had in mind.

Re: collab to redo pop track
I could see myself work on this track, but I've got a few current collabs that I should finish first.
To me, the vocals is good, but I think you're right that the instrumental arranging is very monotone, not much dynamics in first parts, and there are hardly any chords.
In case you didn't, if you'd have included notes on chord progression, perhaps you'd receive a different style, with chords included?
If you don't wish to wait for me to get available, I can openly state (for this thread to perhaps gain some traction), that I think your songwriting for this has nice potential, really good vocal songwriting feeling for the style, and that I'd hope that you'd find someone who would do it justice, if it isn't going to be me.
I think the track deserves it.
Not sure, but I also think the existing vocals holds up pretty good?
Feel free to start PM convos with me in any case, Lewis.
And in case you won't find a workhorse partner, I might wish to collab with you some time in the future, at the very least.
I am currently improving my Pop production skills, amongst other things.
