Hello - I am a lawyer but not a media specialist. Copyright is created as soon as something is reduced to replicable form. There will be a copyright in the audio you are purchasing. Although I haven't seen the licensing agreement, you can infer from the fact that they are licensing the audio to lots of different people that they have retained certain rights (and that your licence is correspondingly limited).
Your ability to use the beat for commercial purposes will be defined by the licence agreement you get from them. This needs to match up with the requirements in the Taxi listing. You can infer from the fact that the beat is licensed to lots of people that you wouldn't be able to use it for an "exclusive" listing, and I would have doubts about whether you owned "100%" of the rights necessary to be able to commit the cue to a library without the owner's permission.
As always with these things, the answer is, ultimately, in the wording of the contract.
