I've been asked to write by a fairly known library that I've been working with since a couple of months an exclusive custom track for a specific show and when I heard the reference they sent me (another track from their catalog) I was like... wow... what am I gonna do now? I almost said no thanks, I'm not your guy.
However, in 3 hours I did this... thing... and they liked it very much.
I'm not sure I do but hey, as long as the client is happy..
I guess this is the proof that the "never say no" strategy works.
Here's the cue:

What do you guys think?
I mean, not that I can make any change now and they already signed it in exclusive but I would love to hear your thoughts.

I like it. I find it a little bit odd that the bassline variation is concentrated at the front end, then the sections are fairly static after that. Its a good rhythm though and I get the visuals when listening. I see a busy city with lots of people around, and someone who knows they're being pursued doing their best to dodge their followers, in and out of crowded places, the subway, etc. It might seem a bit weird to write but this stuff is dotted all over the place in films. Great job on this cinematic piece! I hope it does well for you.
Graham (UK). Still composing a little faster than decomposing, and 100% HI.

Hey Sonora,
Thats a great que, I can see why you thought it was a weird track for you. But if they like it, who can argue with that? I'm sure this will do well for you.

Nice Cue - I like it. I kind of wished the bass would come back at the end, but that's just me.... It definitely puts you in a mood. I was seeing a hacking scene from Mr Robot..... Congrats!

Sounds like a straight forward electronic tension track to me. Very consistant mood throughout. I can see why you get comments envisioning pursuit and hacking scenes. Crime show underscore material, imo.
