Seymour Duncan 100 watt convertible guitar amp. (JBL D-112 speaker)

Any sound I want at any volume. Throw a 414 on it and go. I rarely even need to eq it in the mix.

Hey Kayle,
I'd have to say my spoon....the day starts with it, and always ends with it....in a cup of coffee usually :D
Seriously, I'd have to say Komplete....something from there, either an instrument or an effect, finds it's way into most everything I do.
But really, who would care....I kinda stink at it!

You stirring it again Steve! :)

Seriously though :D I'd have to say my Frontier Tranzport is one of my best investments.
Gone are the days of running back to my DAW after each take, then running back before recording started on the next take.

Not very expensive at all.

I use a Slick wireless desktop for essentially the same functions; start, stop, RTZ, Rec. Cost me all of $11 to operate my DAW from the other side of the room.

There likely isn't any ONE piece of gear that is favored. I agonize over everything I buy. At the end of the day, I suppose I could always mic the amp, but couldn't get a drummer in my studio on a consistent basis. That said everything Spetrasonics has put out, but Omnisphere escpially shows it's usefulness time and again. Overall though either Amplitube, Addicitive Drums , or Omnisphsere (and often all three ) are on just about everything I do.
