Posting a URL

Post by tcourtersmith » Sun Dec 15, 2013 10:58 am

I'm having trouble figuring out how to post my URL to a message post. When I type it in it doesn't appear "hot." What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.
Best,

usually it works to just have another web browser window open and just click in the address bar, select the URL then copy and past into the message.

I've never tried Andy's suggestion. I didn't know you could do that. But when I type in a URL manually, I select the whole URL and then click the "URL" button up near the top of the post window. It is just to the left of the Font Size picker.

If you hover your mouse over the button first, you can see a little "help tag" giving you some options. so you can either do a link like this:

http://www.test.com

or one like this:

This is that test site I was talking about.
