I'm a little confused...

Did Michael aka Admin mean that the words/lyrics themselves aren't quite up to it, or that it's the voice singing the lyrics ?

I read it to mean that it was the words/lyrics themselves - was I wrong ?

amanda, i think he meant both, since he said they "don't read and sound as strongly as the track itself."

however, i think the same lyrics, with perhaps a few word changes, sung by a great rock singer with a stronger edge/different approach/etc., might work.

back to the drawing board on this one. know any power rock singers?
