yw, I didn't use the strummer, I need to spend more time with it. They are suppose to have a major update soon for the electrics.

They seem to do updates fairly frequently, in one of the updates they made the acoustics where you could play tabs,

oops, "Feb-16-2014: Updated Ample Guitar to v1.6.0, Added 1000+ samples for AGF AGG AGP |

Another update today I see! for the electrics

downloading now,lol!

The update just eliminated the adsr, so the interface is more like the acoustic. :D Plus a few other items are reconfigured.
The adsr was touchy, and probably should have been automated so it changed throughout the song, but now it's gone, yeah!
It's my guess that they should sound more realistic now with a lot less fiddling.

Yeah, the update came through just as I was making my purchase. They sent me links to v1.5.5 then a few moments later links to v1.6.0.

Len, I can't thank you enough for introducing me to Ample Guitars.

I programmed my first acoustic track last night and it was a blast - I was so blown away by the Taylor I couldn't resist!

Acoustic is my bread and butter so I'll get the hang of this first and then perhaps move on to one of the electrics when I'm feeling brave and crazy :)

Take care,
Mary

I'm really diggin' these Ample Sound acoustics. I tried it out this afternoon. I played the classical and the Martin. They are in mono and panned off center but not hard. Also, no processing, these are just the dry tracks. Here is what I got:

I'm sensing some Singer/Songwriter stuff in my future. ;)
