Primetime Placement on FOX

Hi All,

It was included in the Taxi March newsletter, but I'm repeating the news here as well. I’m happy to let you know that I had my first placement since I decided through TAXI, to branch out into the film & TV world after being involved for years in other areas of the music biz as composer/arranger/performer. It was the Feb. 17th episode of The Following (Kevin Bacon) on FOX primetime, and a surprising 2:27 in length as underscore for a whole scene in the first 8 minutes of the episode. The episode was repeated on Feb. 22nd. Based on a little web research I did (and my "auntie" in the UK), I found that it was, of course, also aired in countries such as Canada, the UK twice, New Zealand, and seems to be on the way to Australia.

This placement started with the 2011 Road Rally, where I had sat down with a mentor who connected me to a music library, where I signed a deal for three tracks. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the Road Rallies and forwards, and really appreciate the critiques and education.
