Oooh,

Thanks for reminding, dear Catherine! That's what my notepad has looked like for the last 22 years

I can't write a lyric to save my life

Dear Peter,

I am so not into words either. I guess that I hear a Song intuitively, I never as such listen to the words.

Very occasionally I do, and then I get very touched, very moved, deeply. Occasionally, rarely.

Few and far in between. This is why I cannot repeat ...

But we are all different. Some of us are so good with Poetry and Words. Some of us are so good with Impression and Sounds.

Perfect ! This is why we associate and find partners in all our creative endeavours. :)

That's exactly how I feel, Catherine :D

I've always been most interested in the instruments' melody and rhythm over the lyrics and vocal delivery.
A moody instrumental gets me EVERY time!!!

Since I was just a lil guy, I would always hone in on very miscellaneous parts and sing those instead of the song. I'm sure that had a lot to do with what I'm doing now ...
