House Songs for...

House and EDM songs tend to run pretty long. Over half the songs in my "Spotify wheelhouse playlist" for this listing are 4:00 - 9:00 long. The listing below is looking for House Songs and Instrumentals for a Music Licensing Company pitching Film and TV. I'm guessing that "music licensing company" is a bit different than a "library"?

I'm working on some instrumentals, but I'd rather not go much beyond the 2:30 length as it seems pointless for Film and TV. But I don't want it to hurt my chances of being picked up by a "Music Licensing Company."

Got any thoughts on this??

Be sure your Songs can get the fists pumping and the glow sticks glowing. Songs need to have cutting edge, contemporary production.

you could ask TAXI directly.

but even the big shows with the montages near the end - do they ever run more than about 2 minutes, maybe 3? I would watch some and I think you will find you answer. Most placements are likely to be (much) shorter than that.
