Eventide Plugin Offer
Here's a FREE ('til July 8, 2014) channel strip offer from Eventide.
http://www.pro-tools-expert.com/home-pa ... -code.html
You'll need an iLok License Manager (but not the dongle) and it's 64-bit only, but it looks pretty cool, and it's regular price will be $249

Re: Eventide Plugin Offer
I'm having problems installing this with Logic 9. I've got it validated with iLok, and the software is installed but Logic's Audio Units Manager won't validate it. Any thoughts?

Re: Eventide Plugin Offer
I don't know if this will help, but I've had issues with other plugins in the past if I install them and then try to validate them in 64 bit mode. Either they will fail or not validate. My workaround for that is to switch in to 32 bit mode, launch Logic 9 and validate all of my new plugins. Once they have been validated and I test that each plugin loads in a blank project, I switch Logic back to 64 bit mode and everything works correctly from that point.elser wrote:I'm having problems installing this with Logic 9. I was able to validate and launch the Eventide channel strip in both Logic and Ableton. If you are having a lot of issues with the plugin, then you may want to report them to Eventide.

Re: Eventide Plugin Offer
Thanks Chuck, but I use only 32 bit mode. Actually I have a few plugins that should validate in Logic but won't. Ergh!

Well, there's your trouble; I think the plug only works in 64-bit mode, though I could be mistaken.

Re: Eventide Plugin Offer
It works in both 32 and 64 bit mode. Weirdest thing. I didn't touch Logic for about 2 days and then came in this morning and fired it up and low and behold there's the Eventide plug in my plugins list. I guess the plugin fairies came in the night and fixed it.
