Indie Folk Instrumental

Post by shanegrla » Thu Jul 24, 2014 5:52 pm

My song "Heartland Homecoming" ("on my Taxi page) got forwarded for this listing:

Optimistic, lighthearted INDIE FOLK INSTRUMENTALS are needed by the Owner of a very successful Music Library pitching directly to TV commercial opportunities. They're on the hunt for Instrumental tracks that would appeal to the fans of Phillip Phillips, Mumford & Sons, Punch Brothers, etc. They want high-spirited, optimistic feeling Instrumentals that have authentic instrumentation that will work well for commercials, and aren't so busy that they'd step on dialogue or voiceovers. Be sure the acoustic-based Instrumentals you submit sound like an authentic band, with live instruments. MIDI or stiff sounding tracks will not work for this one. Submit Tracks that have easy edit points that will make the editing process as easy as possible. Buttoned endings are needed for this pitch. This Library offers a NON-EXCLUSIVE, 50/50 split. You'll get 50% of the sync fee and 100% of the Writer's share. They'll get 50% of the sync fee and 100% of the Publishing. You must own or control 100% of the Master and Copyright. Broadcast quality is needed (great sounding home recordings are fine). Please submit one to three Songs online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received no later than Thursday, June 19, 2014

Thank you Screener 384!
