Do these songs fit listing U140808CF

OK, so this listing specifically does not want DO NOT give us the generic, light, acoustic-based songs with bells, whistles, and hand-claps."
However I have some songs with more instrumentation that have these elements but they are not the basis of the song etc. I could eliminate those pieces but they are with other producers and would cost more money. Prob will do it on My Sweet Home, but it may not even be a fit. so first I want to see if you think any of these would fit...then I would prob take the whistles and bells out of Sweet Home, but not the others. Damn, I have been trained to put bells, whistles and claps in most of these types of songs lol

CONTEMPORARY TV COMMERCIAL-FRIENDLY SONGS with positive, happy, and optimistic lyric themes are U-R-G-E-N-T-L-Y needed by a Producer at a Top NY Ad Agency for a huge Global Corporation's TV Commercial. He's searching for Mid-to-Up-Tempo Songs with a feel-good vibe. The lyric themes are the most import aspect of what the Ad Agency needs for this pitch. Give them lyric themes that focus on FAMILY, FEELING GOOD, DOUBLING-UP, GETTING MORE, etc. Your lyrics should be uplifting and motivational.

The stylistic range for music/genre is fairly open as long as you nail the lyric theme that they're looking for. Stylistically, your songs can range from Light Contemporary Rock, Indie Electro Rock or Indie Pop, to Indie Folk or Electronic Dance Pop. Please make sure your songs have a contemporary, unique, and memorable sound, style, and feel. Male OR Female vocals will both be considered for this pitch.

Quoting the Producer: "I DON'T want to hear anything that sounds generic or typical. 'Happy' by Pharrell Williams is TOO mainstream for what we need, although the lyrics are definitely on target. We're looking for something that everyone hasn't already heard... We need songs that are different, but still have a contemporary, commercial, and marketable sound and style. Another great example of lyrics and feel is 'Come On Get Happy' (The Partridge Family Theme), but that song has much more of a retro sound than what we can use. Give us something original and compelling. DO NOT give us the generic, light, acoustic-based songs with bells, whistles, and hand-claps."

Please avoid anything that's dark, moody, or melancholy. Also, steer clear of anything that's too heavy, frenetic or bombastic. Universal Lyrics are needed. Please avoid specific references to profanity and specific names, dates, times, etc. Keep your lyric themes positive and optimistic.

The creative fee for this will range between $2,500-$30,000 depending on the ultimate use, (there are different possible versions of the TV Spot your music could be used in). This is a Direct-to-the-Ad-Agency-Pitch, so you'll get 100% of the creative fee, and keep 100% of ALL your original rights, plus 100% of any applicable royalties! No Publisher splits. Broadcast Quality is needed (great sounding home recording are fine). You must own or control 100% of your Master and Composition. Do NOT submit songs that are already in any exclusive catalogs or libraries. The specific deal points will be negotiated on a song-by-song basis directly with the Ad Agency. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis. No full critiques. Please submit 1-3 Songs no later than FRIDAY, August 8th, by 10am (PDT). TAXI #U140808CF

The words have a whiff of nostalgia that does not seem to match the demand

The best of the 3 imho, lyrically and musically. But certainly too much bells ans whislte. By the way i love ukulele, my main instrument for composing

Lyrics fit perfectly, the music is catchy, a female voice would be more appropriate in my opinion but surely that's just me who prefers this kind of voice 8-)

my two cents
