Nice guitar playin', Erich! I like the composition - it has some cool and unexpected chord changes.

That pic of you with the salmon make me miss the northwest.

Hi, great guitar sounds. I like it. By the way, what drums are you using there? Good luck with the piece.

Thanks Dan and Steve,
Dan,
Come on out to the upper left corner of the country next fall and I'll take you out for pink salmon like the ones in the pic. We can take 'em back to my back yard, throw 'em on the smoker and play guitar while they turn into fish candy.

Steve,
I'm using loops from Drums on Demand; their 'solid rock' library. The DOD stuff is really beefy, and pretty much ready to go. I add a touch of EQ, and almost no compression other than what's on the 2 buss.

Nice Erich, very well done! I kinda get a Satriani melody vibe.
Sounds totally original but something he'd play. Nice!

Erich

I agree with all that has been said. I just can put my finger on a group this sounds like(and that's good)

When this is all said and done, would be great to put some lyrics to this.

Great work

Sincerely

paul

Great tones, performances and vibe, feels like Steely Dan! My only comment would be on over all RMS, feels quiet to me and I think for a modern feel a hotter mix might be in order? GREAT TRACK!
