New here, hello!

Hey everyone, my name is Elias Edlund, brand new TAXI member! Thought I'd drop a thread to introduce myself, looking forward to meeting all of you!

A little about me: I'm based in Vancouver, BC, but just recently moved here from Saskatoon, SK after attending music school for two years in Edmonton, AB. But I grew up in Calgary, AB. It's confusing.

I've spent the last three years since finishing school working as a semi-professional musician, playing in four bands, running an open stage at a popular bar in Saskatoon, teaching guitar and songwriting lessons, all the while trying to keep up with my solo career under the name 'Eli, For Short'. I released a four song EP last February, and just finished recording my new full-length album to be released in early 2015.

I'm brand new to the production music and sync licensing world, but I've jumped right in. I've always worked on instrumental music, so I'm getting into recording a lot of that and looking for opportunities for my music outside of live performance.
