Thank you fellas.
No, I'm not (unfortunately) in Mexico nor am I (fortunately) seeing the mother-in-law today.
In fact, she's out of the country. I booked her a three week holiday in Liberia, but it could turn out to be a little longer.

Magic! Thanks Peter.

My parents bought me the White Album for I think it was my 18th Birthday, and I remember flipping over to side two and hearing this track. It was like it was played for me.
And, I defy anyone to tell me who could have played the drums better.
Rock on Ringo! You were perfect for The Beatles!!!

Indeed; the quintessential example of a drummer with the ear and instincts to know
what and how to play what makes a song A SONG.
Lots of imitators, but only one original.

PS - Abe, Jr. does a fine job with Sir Paul, and his playing pays honor and tribute to Ringo, imho.
