Kontat version is too old.....

Anyone know why , although I've updated Kontakt on my Mac only the old version shows. And Why it is telling me even though I have version 5.3, and Balinese Gamelan is written for version 5, it is telling gem my version of Kontakt is too old to load the library?

FWIW I've had buggy issues with Kontakt in the past. Not your specific problem but other issues. The only solution I found was to completely uninstall then reinstall Komplete.

I have gotten that too. I just let the service center do its thing and then it all works. Buggish, but it works in the end.

OK think we are getting there. DOn't know if something somewhere got moved, but I don't believe Kontakt was where it was supposed to be, and there is no standalone versioning my computer at all, so something not right. But strangely, it works in PrTools. Think I (thanks for the help) am getting there.

Reinstalled and worked fine. For whatever reason install wasn't where it was supposed to be. Thanks for the feedback and help.
