I think one of the neatest things about the Rally is meeting and talking with people I previously only knew as text on my computer screen. Folks sound and act so different in person than when I read what they write online.

And now that I've met so many of y'all IN PERSON, your posts take on a whole new life! NOW there is so much more depth here in the Forums... on Facebook... in Text Messages... and in phone conversations.

Like Patty Boss said to me at the Rally... it's like internet in 3D. :D :D

I had all sorts of preperceptions of each Taxi member. totally the opposite I met at the Rally. Everyone was so cool. Like meeting some sort of lost family members...but the good family type.. :lol:

I brought my wife the first time I attended... she is an EXTREMELY supportive partner who has NO musical talent. She was fantastic.

Most spouses tend to love the Rally and become super supportive after they've seen how much work the music business is, and that it's not all folly. And if they don't enjoy the panels or classes, they can always go to the Santa Monica Pier or Beverly Hills.
