Feedback on hip hop for the new guy

Hey All! My name is Nate, I'm new to Taxi (1 month, 15 submissions, no forwards yet, some still pending). We just started submitting to listings on Dispatch and would love some feedback on this one. We didn't get forwarded, which is fine, but being new to this I would like to see if you guys think we should be doing something different. Looking for any feedback...I need fresh ears on this!
