I've been a big fan of The Recording Revolution for a few years now. One of his recurring themes is that you don't need to spend a lot of money to get good recordings.
Currently he is doing a series where he's making a recording using home studio gear that only costs a total of $300. I thought this would be worth a share for folks just starting out or who can't afford to put out a ton of money for gear.
The track sounds amazing so far, worth a look!
