a fwiw note from the Peanut Gallery -
it's fun when, from a piece of music, descriptive words, adjectives, spill out:
i.e. from the "Liquidity" track (and discussion)
came "simple-sophisticated" and "intelligent, restrained elegance".

I don't know, Peter.. did you have to use Scott Towel™ on the clean-up?

Hey, it's from the demystify-er himself. Thanks, Dean. I have to admit, I learned a thing or three from you.

And for all of you out there in cue-land, skip two double-lattes this week & buy Dean's compelling book: Demystifying The Cue: Thoughts and strategies for creating competitive Film and TV music in today's new media world

I could not agree more. Micheal is a man with integrity and that is rare these days. seems like so many taxi members are... Just amazing...i'm really floored by how everyone is so eager to help the newbies (like me) and the resources available are incredible. This november will be my first road rally and there are SO many people i want to bear hug because shaking hands doesn't seem to cut it. when you've written dozens of songs with someone but have never met them, you speak to them on a daily basis for a year...
Point is, taxi rocks, it really is a master class and i'm stoked for the rally!!!!
Thank you micheal and everybody at taxi and on the forum!!!!!

Thank you Patty and the rest of you who've chimed in on this thread. I'm humbled by all your kind words (and a little embarrassed).

It IS amazing how the people who actually use all that TAXI offers find success, and those who aren't willing to invest their time and energy don't. TAXI really is a gym for your music career, and if you don't go you remain overweight and flabby.

I really appreciate hearing from you guys because the "flabby" people are often more vocal, and they rarely look in the mirror to see who's really responsible for their lack of success. Congratulations to all of you for showing up, doing the work, and succeeding. I'm proud of you and love running a company where "customers" are more like friends and family.

Gratefully,
Michael
