Wow... beautiful! Well deserved, great playing and great mix. I was reminded a little of Vince Garaudli when you double-timed it for a second there. Excellent job.

Is this something you recorded in a studio previously and submitted, or did you create it specifically for the listing? Drums sound nice and crisp, the bass was present but not boomy. Outstanding!

Thanks again everyone for the nice comments, it's always gratifying when your peers like what you are doing.

Paulie... no it wan't for a listing, but, there is a story... when I wrote this my main emphasis at the time was Sinatra and Strings, ( a request from my publisher), so while I was waiting and waiting for my EAST/WEST files to load, I was noodling on the keyboard and the light bulb flashed in my head, hey, that sounds nice I need to develop it. so even after waiting for the E/W to load, I closed the file, and laid down the piano, then the bass..... I'm glad you like the drums... I started with a brush groove from Additive..... what I usually do with all my drum patches is record live cymbals over them, gives the patch a realistic touch. Now mind you I am in no way a drummer or percussionist , but when I was recording the brushes on cymbals, without realizing it, I was doing brush work on the snare too.... who would of thunk it!!!!
