Advice please.

I have an exclusive contract offer for Swagger Walk from another company I submitted to outside Taxi. The cue was put together for the Taxi sub but I decide to have a go and submit to another library before the forward response from Taxi.

The deal offered is for 2 years 100% Writers share and 50% of the sync fee. Should I wait to hear from the taxi forward or go ahead and sign the exclusive deal?
