forum user control panel problem

Hi the user control panel won't accept my email so I can't make any changes. I can't get through to taxi through the website email and I can't get them on the phone. Is this a disadvantage of living down under? I posted in FAQ and got no response.
Could admin contact me by email or can someone make a helpful suggestion?

Hey Lester.

It's a holiday weekend here in the U.S. I bet the offices are closed for a long weekend. I can see that the time difference would cause contact problems, but I'm sure someone will get with you as soon as they are able. My guess is the office will open tomorrow (Tuesday, pst time).
