Can we get a "similar artists" thread going here?
As we all know, it's important to be able to compare your style to famous artists and to accurately define genres, which both helps us submit our work to relevant listings and helps music supervisors know what they're being asked to listen to. So, I've got a sample of 3 of my latest tracks and I need help with categorizing genre (s) and coming up with some similar artists. If people could help me out and then if they want, post there own, it'd be great to get a thread going where everyone can come in and help each other in this way. Thanks

I first thought electropop meets Imagine Dragons, Justin Timberlake, and a modern-day Petshop Boys I really like your style! The octave double vocals have a very sexy quality and my toe was involuntarily tapping

Hmmm, there's lots of variation in here. That first clip was my favourite - I really liked the vocals. Justin Timberlake and Imagine Dragons are probably good ones. You do have a contemporary sound, so that's always good to know for a la's too.

Thanks guys! JT and Imagine Dragons are two I've been thinking of but didn't know if I was on the mark with those. I like the modern Petshop boys reference. They were probably my earliest electronic influence but hadn't even consider them as a similarity.

I love the voice, IMO a perfect fit for the EDM/electronica vibe you got going.
At times the voice reminds me of Martin Solvieg, but way more edgy towards Reznor at other times. Unsure about the rapping...
The music itself (not vocals) reminds me of Purity Ring when it's more mellow, then on the heavier pieces makes me think of Alison Wonderland.
I like it, and I don't hand out compliments easy.
