Although one of the references has vocals in it, please submit Instrumentals only for this pitch. Give them original, emotionally uplifting Cues with a true Hawaiian spirit, and well-played acoustic-based instrumentation that’s typically heard in this genre – ukulele, slack key guitar, lap steel, etc. They’re open to both solo instruments and/or small ensemble Instrumental Cues.
If you submit a small ensemble Cue, you’d be smart to add and subtract additional instruments as your Cue progresses to keep it dynamically interesting from beginning to end. Submissions should be at least 2 minutes long, with Easy Edit Points and Non-Faded/Buttoned Endings with a natural decay/ring out are recommended.
