Excited. This is my forward since joining in Dec 2015, for a blues cue. Hope it's the first of many. Not sure of what, (if anything soon) happens next, but glad to get the forward. Big Sky Blues in my profile.

BLUES ROCK SONGS with Male Vocals are needed for a bunch of Non-Exclusive, $2,500, Direct-to-Supervisor placements in TV Series. They’re looking for original Songs in All-Tempos that could be found on playlists with artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Johnny Winter, Joe Bonamassa, Roy Buchanan, etc., etc., etc. Take a listen to the following references to get in the stylistic wheelhouse of what they need: “Texas Flood” by Stevie Ray Vaughan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVjdMLAMbM0 “Be Careful With A Fool” by Johnny Winter: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BlUGRyWFJFo “Blues Deluxe” by Joe Bonamassa: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFhSZyZ1Zts “When A Guitar Plays The Blues” by Roy Buchanan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cy8LmiljwxA Quoting the Music Supervisor: “The characters in this show travel to a number of different locations in several cities within Texas [in this episode], so we need songs that will be used as background source music and sometimes as featured uses for each of those locations.” Please submit gritty Blues Rock Songs with authentic instrumentation and well-played guitar as the backbone. Your vocal performance should have a believable Blues vibe, and sound like a real deal artist, not a guy singing over a library track. They’re open to rippin’ guitar solos for this pitch, but you’d be smart to not let them be so long or or so frenetic that they’ll be hard for the editors to work with or distract from dialogue. Due to the location of the show, lyric themes with references to Texas are welcome, but not necessary. TAXI #U160111BR
