New to The Forum Introduction

Greetings Taxians!

I am an 18 month Taxi Member, I have been reading the forum for months however, Just getting onto the forum today as I have previously been intimidated!

Name is Justin Miller from a town Just North of Toronto, Ontario.
I was unable to get to road rally 2015, however I was at 2014 and had a horrificly embarrassing experience where I was in front of a professional and could not get any of my music to play and had nothing on soundcloud available!
Oh Well ,its all a learning experience.
Taxi has helped work smarter to achieve my goals of hearing songs on TV, and I do try to take all my returns and turn them into learning experiences. (easier said than done)
my 2016 Goals are to hopefully Land my First placement and short term I'd like to finally get a trailer piece forward!

As Paulie says, you learn from the bad stuff, maybe more than the good stuff sometimes.
You KNOW you'll never let that happen again, so you could be one step ahead of the next guy!

Hi Jim. I'm pretty new to the forum as well (I think since November). I've been a Taxi member since the first part of June 2015 and really love it. I don't think there's a better place to learn and have opportunities to get your music heard and placed.

Hi Justin, good to see you and hear your music, great stuff. You've made me want to record my two fishing songs.

Post with confidence on the forum. It can feel a bit weird not having the visual cues that convey so much context and meaning in our face to face conversations. I sometimes wonder how I "come across".
