Please submit engaging, Mid-to-Up-Tempo Songs that can range from emotionally uplifting to thoughtful or wistful, and would work well for TV commercials. Your vocal performance should be well-performed from start to finish, with a sincere and authentic quality. Lyric themes should stick to a singular topic or mood. Universal lyrics will work best for this pitch, so please avoid references to specific names, places, dates, times, brands, and profanity. Full-length songs that go to 4 minutes or more are okay, as they will ultimately be edited to the length of the TV spot. Good edit points and buttoned endings are preferred, but not absolutely necessary. Please DO NOT copy or rip off the referenced acts or songs in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a broad and general guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Also, please avoid any material with unauthorized samples of other artists’ music, sounds, or any other form of media. Broadcast Quality is needed (Great sounding home recordings are fine). All deals will be made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the ultimate use and/or project. We’ve seen fees for TV Commercials range from $1,500 up to $65,000 and everywhere in between! Typically, there are no publishing splits, and you’ll get 100% of the creative fee and keep all of your publishing and master rights.
