Life is just an April breeze that’s blowing through
And yet you must fight, so you don’t lose sight
Of the dancing leaves it’s showing you

And will shadows on the road behind you care
If they fix their gaze, on the coming days
And their future doesn’t find you there

You can waste tomorrow being haunted
By the rusted things that you once wanted
But each morning you spend hesitating
Just ignores the patient kiss that’s waiting

Life is just a chance for hearts to freely give
And those who dream of, ways to offer love
Are ones who receive it and who really live
