also need feedback on percussion orchestral piece

Post by ronnie35 » Wed Jun 22, 2016 8:03 pm

Hi work inprogress its for RHYTHMICALLY INTENSE, PERCUSSION-BASED ORCHESTRAL INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a busy an extremely active, Non-Exclusive Music Library that’s currently building multiple new Instrumental Catalogs. Please submit high-impact, Mid-to-Up-Tempo Instrumental Cues that are in the general stylistic ballpark of these references: It's CALLED BLINDSIDED http://www.soundcloud.com/777rd thanks, Ron :)

Batman V Superman Tribute Percussive Score: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vn2vUG4OlV8

Epic Music Mix – Drums and Percussion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpIhbDN58mA

Panic Exit (Massive Drum Action):

Please submit powerful, rhythmically engaging Instrumental Cues that get the heart racing and the adrenaline pumping. They’re open to hearing different approaches to pieces with Orchestral instrumentation and/or various hybrid elements, as long as they maintain an epic and intense quality. Your pieces should build and layer on top of a central, captivating melodic motif, while keeping the energy moving with rhythmically extreme percussive instrumentation and elements.

All submissions should be at least 2 minutes in length. Buttoned/Stinger Endings and Easy Edit Points are strongly encouraged for this pitch. Do NOT copy or rip off the referenced music in any way, shape, or form. Use it only as a general guide for feel, texture, tone, and vibe. Broadcast quality is needed (great sounding home recordings are fine).

This Library offers a NON-EXCLUSIVE, 50/50 split. You’ll keep 50% of any applicable sync fees and 100% of the Writer’s share. The Publisher will get 50% of the sync fee and 100% of the Publisher’s share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis - No full critiques. Please submit one to three Instrumentals online or per CD no later than 11:59PM (PDT), on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2016. Hey Ron. Nice piece! Unfortunately, I think the piano may take it away from the "heart racing and the adrenaline pumping" character that they're asking for. I hope I'm wrong, though. Best of luck.
