Patriotic Country Listing---Submit Again?

There is this new listing and I had a previous 2 forwards to a similar or the same, previous listing.

Questions: Is it the same listing again, and should I submit again, or not? I have the same 2 songs that were both forwarded to the previous listing? Im guessing if its just another similar but not the same listing again, I could send? If its the same listing running a 2nd time, dont send? Thx for any help.
