I've had an interesting life... lots of different jobs and experiences. Started out washing dishes and moved up from there. :)

...and then there were...
the Samsonites: a Nomadic tribe... who never really found a land to call their own, or "home";
they were always on-the-go; but were easily identified by their classy luggage!! :? :shock: 8-)
(are we having any fun yet?!) :? :lol: :P :roll: :shock: :?

That would never fly at my biz, sorry. If my child had done this, it wouldn't qualify for fridge space, unless she were under ten. Note that the width of the letters is inconsistent; the "C" in 'music' narrower than the other letters. Speaking of which, it woulda been better to use an existing font or commission one. The bear looks lumpy and isn't centered and the guitar is probably one element too many; you've already got Russia, rushing and bear, which is about as much as you can ask a logo to do, all at once. Probably it's best if you integrate the image with the text; as is, you've got two images forming a tall rectangle, which will look okay on a shirt, but CDs are circles and CD covers are square. You will need a squared circle version of whatever you end up with as well as a letterhead version. You might also want to incorporate some visual elements that indicate your genre; go have a look at No Depression for some ideas on how to look Americana. You at least have an idea and a workable concept, but you should have hired a professional. I'm sending you a PM.

*ADDENDUM Never mind about No Depression; they changed their site and now look no different than Pitchfork.

Love it, looks and sounds cool. What more can you ask of a logo!
