Thanks Kolstad,

On this track, I actually used Reason Redrum samples and real instruments. There was a certain amount of LA-2A compression with Convolution Reverb.

Hey Danny!

Thank you for responding.
The instrument is at the very beginning before the accordian.
It sounds similar to a trumpet but it's unusual.
I have been looking for something similar for months for a Latin song, but don't know what to call it to find a sound patch to get it done.

There is only percussive instruments before the Accordion. I think you may be talking about the Cuica. It is a drum that makes a high pitched sound when the head vibrates.
