In the old days whenever I would submit a song to an A&R Department and get CLOSE to what they were looking for (which was not often but was always exciting) I would get a phone call telling me to do a re-write or a re-mix. I notice Taxi doesn't do this. Songs are either forwarded or returned. I'm sure there's a reason.
So, my question is this: Is there a place on Taxi where members can have a "dry run" just to get an idea if the song/recording is close to what is being requested or if it needs to be tweaked before being submitted?
Love you guys and am looking forward to meeting you all in November. Thanks for your help. - Larry

Re: Question About Pre-Submitting Songs
There are only two 'dry runs' I know of. One is Peer to Peer on the forum, where members give advice on composition, lyrics, production, and listing relevance. The other is TAXI's custom critique, which, for $20, will give you a good idea if the song/track is ready.

Re: Question About Pre-Submitting Songs
There are still a few listings where critiques are provided, too, though they're fewer than they once were.
