Not sure what my rate is — I do keep a list of all screener comments on forwards and returns, but I don't count the returns — to keep from shooting myself.
I do keep a tally of forwards, though, and so far I have 77 for this year.
Most of them are tension cues, and also some solo piano cues.
I started focussing on tension cues late last year because there are a lot of listings for them, they're fun to do, and it only takes me a day or two to crank one out.

Keeping a list of all prior listings and forwards for those listings, as well as screener comments for all forwards and returns, has really helped narrow down what I choose to submit, and, I believe, helped to increase my forward rate. If you're not keeping a list like this — and I didn't my first two years with TAXI — I highly suggest you do so.
Also, I usually submit more than three tension cues per listing.
And, as you can see from my Peer to Peer "screeners disagreeing with screeners" post, a number of them have been submitted to multiple listings.

But, many of my returns are included in the 75 tracks I've signed in two libraries this year so far.
