Contracts for collaborators (vocalists) ??

Hello all!

I am in the process of starting to work with some vocalists and collaborating on some songs -

Does anyone know a good starting place for writing up or finding contracts for these collaborations??

Or any templates you know of to start off with?

FWIW I'm looking to split everything 50/50 with the vocalists I work with, and not do a work-for-hire.
