Yes to EDM. All of the main scene transitions and bumps into/back from commercials are EDM, so there's a little bias there.

Hey Paulie-
This is super helpful! I’m traveling with you in the same OCD boat! Maybe it’s our years transcribing jazz solos?

I’ve thought of doing something similar, and to suss out the most commonly used tracks, to analyze for genre and also tempo.

My guess would be that most of those EDM tracks would be in a similar tempo range…?

If I put anything substantial together, I’ll share it.
