For AIFF format, I would look to ITunes. Although I'm not a big fan of ITunes myself, right now I have it loaded on a secondary PC and keep it off my DAW.

Tag and Rename is a good program and selecting and editing multiple aif and mp3 files simultaneously is a breeze.
