3/3 forwards on Alt Rock Dispatch

Here is the listing:

ALT ROCK INSTRUMENTALS a la The Killers, The Strokes, The White Stripes, The Black Keys, etc., needed quickly by a Music Production Company in need of tracks for a widely successful Reality Show. Tempo and mood may vary but instrumentation must sound authentic to the genre and capture the contemporary feel of the referenced artists. They do not want soundalikes - they want to hear original instrumentals in the same Alt Rock style, with the same type of Vibe and Melodic Presence. All tempos are OK, but Mid to Up-tempo are preferred.

Here is the story:

The first two cues were written last night and the third track was an existing track that I had written for one of the ad agency listings (it got forwarded for the gritty masculine listing). I couldn't believe that I found out about the forwards within 6 hours of the listing closing! Definitely made my day! Especially since while preparing dinner tonight, I sliced open my pinky finger on my fretboard hand. Glad the deadline was today 'cause I wouldn't be able to record anything tonight! Well, maybe I could try using the 3 fingers that aren't cut

Thanks everyone! The pinky seems to be healing up just fine. Should be able to write/record again in a couple of days.

@Kevin... All the guitars were recorded direct with Guitar Rig 4.

Congratulations! I'm getting back in the swing of doing more tracks and this is inspiring me, so thanks for that!

You could do the Django Reinhardt thing with TWO fingers as a last resort! Good luck, brother.
