I have a question about submission dates. IS the date on each listing the date we need to submit by, or the date it needs to be forwarded by? For example, if I submit today, for a submission date today, does that mean im wasting my money since it usually takes a week or two before they are reviewed and FWD or Rejected by the Taxi staff?

It's the date you need to SUBMIT by.

And check the time on short turnaround listings also. Some are required to be in by 10am or 11am or whatever.

If there is no time than its 11:59 PM PST on the date listed on the listing. There has been many a time that I've submitted to a listing at 2:30 AM EST just before the listing expires

For some reason I've always assumed it was 5pm, thinking some of the screening happens after that time. I wonder, do the screeners work evenings and/or weekends?
