Question about forwards

Post by davidhayesmusic » Tue Feb 26, 2013 7:19 am

Hi Guys and Gals,

Just a quick question about forwards and the protocol/etiquette (sp) about pitching a song that's been forwarded to a different listing. Is there a problem with pitching a song that's already been forwarded?
Thanks a bunch.

Dave

forward is just an introduction.

keep pitching until its signed.

I had some stuff forwarded in my first year of TAXI 2 years ago. and if I was waiting for that to come around.........

Thanks for the clarification/advice Andy. I had the same reservations that Dave had up until about a month or two ago. I've since then decided to go ahead and pitch the tunes until somebody wants 'em and I've a contract is in hand.

Hey David. Good to "see" ya, man.
I have a Q : Although I've had a dozen or so Tracks forwarded, I was just recently contacted by a Taxi Rep and I had to submit a Clearance Form and a 320 kbps version of said song. Just to be forwarded.
So... I'm confused. Are there 2 levels of "Forwards"...? Has anyone experienced both types of Forwards...?
