Hi there!
I'm twelve submissions into Taxi and still not a forward
But after listening to the quality of what DOES get forwarded I can "hear" that I have a lot to learn both in terms of composing and in audio production (especially production).
I am going to keep on plugging away with new submissions but I realized that I am not partaking in the most valuable part of Taxi, The School of Taxi - with the teachers being my fellow musical colleagues
So anyway - I'd appreciate it if you all would give this a listen and provide some feedback.
I am hoping to improve this and resubmit it in the future. There always seems to be trailer requests!

The screener had these comments:
1) The string and brass sounds are too "synthy" and midi sounding
I could buy a different VST (I am using EastWest Sounds) but I feel like this is a user problem rather than tool problem?
2) Lacks the three acts needed for trailer music
Hmmm. Isn't there three distinct sections in this piece? What constitutes an "act"?
3) Could have better developmental "arc"
I think this means that it should gradually get louder!?
If you don't think this can be saved, that's ok, I am using this piece as a learning example - so I would still appreciate your feedback!
Thanks! Joe
