My first attempt at submitting to the TAXI Dispatch service turned out to be a winner so far ... here is the description and the tracks. Hope it's helpful to your future submissions.

ORCHESTRAL-ROCK HYBRIDS are needed by the Owner of a very successful Music Library to pitch for high-energy TV Sports segments. Specifically, he needs Mid-to-Up Tempo instrumentals that are adrenaline fueled and in your face! Quoting the source: “We want upbeat and driving Instrumentals that will sit well behind sports segments and highlight reels.” Kick-ass adrenaline filled tracks are the order of the day! Give them energetic driving Rock guitars mixed with uplifting and anthemic strings. Tracks with lots of exciting syncopated hit points will work very well for this. Please do not submit tracks that are too stiff, synthy, or MIDI sounding. This Music Library splits the sync fee 50/50 with you. They’ll keep 100% of the Publishing, and you’ll keep 100% of the Writer’s share. This is an exclusive deal, so your songs cannot already be signed with any other Libraries or Publishers. Broadcast Quality is needed (great sounding home recordings are fine).

Congrats, Terry! I don't have speakers available right now to listen, but I was curious to hear some successes on this listing, so I'm glad you posted. I thought about trying my hand at it, but didn't have time. I'm excited to hear your tracks!
